Mr. Glass founded Source One Limited in 1991. He has been actively sourcing products from Asia since 1989 and has lived in Hong Kong for over 20 years. He is active in all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations including coordination of all sourcing, product engineering, quality control and trade management services. He has distributed products in the United States, South America, the United Kingdom, Europe, Japan, and China. Prior to founding Source One, Mr. Glass built a strong foundation in the equities and commodity markets in the United States, experience that continues to shape his strategic and analytical approach to business today.

A Hong Kong native, Ms. Tong has been an integral part of Source One for over 19 years. Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, she brings exceptional communication skills and deep regional expertise to the team. Ms. Tong oversees all logistics and operational coordination across our offices, ensuring seamless efficiency and consistency in every aspect of our supply chain.

Sandy Tsao
A native of Taiwan, Ms. Tsao brings over 20 years of industry experience to Source One’s newly established Taipei office. A graduate of Soochow University with a degree in English, she has built an impressive international business background spanning the printing, sports, and power industries. At Source One Taiwan, Ms. Tsao leads all sourcing, quality management, and logistics operations, ensuring that every supplier meets the company’s high standards of performance and reliability.

With long-standing experience in quality control across multiple industry sectors, Mr. Xiong heads our Quality Control team, managing all inspection stages from production to final shipment. His leadership ensures that every product meets Source One’s high standards of excellence.

Mr. Jeffrey Liu brings extensive experience in product design, engineering, and manufacturing coordination. He works closely with suppliers and clients to ensure each project meets Source One’s technical specifications, quality expectations, and delivery standards. His strong engineering background and problem-solving skills help ensure seamless execution from concept through production.

Angela Yuan
Ms. Yuan has been a valued member of Source One since 2007, bringing with her extensive experience in consumer merchandising. She began her career managing shipping operations before progressing to oversee all aspects of factory manufacturing processes. After mastering production and logistics, she advanced into pricing and purchasing management, where her leadership skills quickly set her apart. Today, as Vice General Manager, Ms. Yuan oversees corporate operations and ensures the seamless coordination of both hard goods and soft goods deliveries for clients around the world. Her comprehensive knowledge and dedication make her an invaluable part of the Source One team.

Mr. Kurkul brings over 20 years of international business experience to Source One’s newly established London office. His background spans the heavy industry, construction, automotive, and oil & gas sectors, providing valuable insight into complex global operations. At Source One, he oversees the development and management of new customer relationships across the UK and Europe, supporting the company’s continued growth in the region.

In addition, she contributes to the development of marketing and promotional materials, supporting the company’s regional growth.
