Founded in 1991

With the vision to help clients reduce their expense. Achieve significant cost savings for direct and indirect products and services through factory sourcing, manufacturing, quality control, logistics throughout Asia.

1997-2004

New contracts helped some of America’s largest companies obtain the best overall total cost of ownership. Assisted clients with the transition to new suppliers in order to realize cost savings.

2005-2010

Expanded sourcing categories to wider range of products in order to meet new clients’ requirement.

2011-2015

Continued operation expansion by opening an office in London. Gained exclusive contracts for top clients in Europe and UK. Sourcing operation coverage expanded in Asia and South East Asia to include Taiwan, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia.

2016-2022

Achieved ISO9001 certification with more than 70 employees worldwide. Continued helping customers from around the world during the COVID-19 lockdown crisis in 2019-2021.

2023-2026

Opened our Bangkok office in 2024 and Ho Chi Minh office in 2025, with Batam, Indonesia launching in 2026, alongside our European representative office to strengthen sourcing and operational support across Southeast Asia and Europe.
